sounds like you'll have to lift the broken tiles to see what the problem is then think of a solution.

no, she dont want nothing done about them, she wants to leave it like it. i just wanted to know if you think i have any to worry about doing another floo in the house which is concrete laid by her son, and what can i do to be sure it dont happen to my floor.
