Cracked tiles on UFH

Is the toilet and sink wall hung or sitting on the tiles?

Sitting on the tiles the sink is a unit .

Why not use a 1mm thick crack mat like the new bal one and tile over what's there

Already suggested that but think they dont want all the upevil again have not heard from them for a few days now so hope they have accepted to leave it as it is.
