Hoping they can scrape out the grout and fit a screw down or inject something between.

The image of the crack in grout , the difference in the cuts on the tiles at floor level , imho is unacceptable , miles out
Because of possible movement cement grout is rigid and hence the crack , yes previously Silicon , but these days are far superior products to Silicon available that flex

Takes me 4-5 days longer than most fitters to complete a full rip out remodel from back to brick , dont ever need to go back inject anything in
Speak to your builder
If your not happy with outcome , can show how to send notice of intent regarding defective work or materials
If got a spare tile or two is easy , really needs to come up , obviously something going on underneath.

Well if they cant match it you want a new floor
12 months from now could be a lot worse & cant get it wet.
couple of days work save his reputation id be right back , carpenter background house builder many years before specializing in full rooms renovations , looks like they failed at first fix levels tbh

Can imagine the problems trying to tile the master bedroom with suspended timber floors , not designed for tiles , can only get away with it in bathrooms because is such short joist spans
