Made a boob today and used weber set plus on a plywood floor which I previously levelled with weber floor flex. The leveller covered under tile heating wires. There's hardly any movement in the floor but can anybody tell me if this might be ok or will I have to remove them. I'd done 4 tiles with it before I realised. The tiles are porcellain 60x30s. Feel like an idiot.....these weber bags all look the same.

I think you've got to use the additive for timber floors, but ok on it's own for under floor heating on a concrete screed. if you've only done 4 tiles I'd take them up and start again to be on the safe side.

Hello and welcome...

Take those up.. it is slow set so will come up ok..

Purchase some Weber SPF slow set if you want more working time or AD250 admixture can be added to what you have.

yes it will.....its not flexable, its just suitable for porcelain on a screed..

Thanks for the welcome chaps. I've been tiling part-time for the past 5/6 years but recently started full-time. It's all still a bit of a minefield....got lots to learn...!!! This forums brilliant though and I appreciate all the advice you guys give out. While I'm online....I'm actually tiling inside of a fireplace next week and wondered if any speacial adhesive and grout should be used...It's a stove that's going to be installed so I don't think heat will be too much of an issue.
