How many of you give customers a courtesy call, a few weeks after the job has been completed ? I normally phone 5-6 wks later, I just say hello this is Mark who did your tiling/plastering, just giving you a quick courtesy call to see if everything is ok....just this one action can get you repeat work or recommendations..

yep, I do that quite often Mark, I explain that I don't expect anything to be wrong tho'!
