Yep, if you are only doing a couple of mitres - then a small mitre box is the best tool to use. For best results use a normal hacksaw with 32psi blade (very fine teeth). Just remeber that for best results you need to change your hacksaw blade regular. I only make about 10-20 cuts per blade before changing (or change each job). Just keep fingers clear, as metal trim tends to slide in the mitre box. Hope this helps :grin:

Thanks for that Rob I actually went out at the weekend and bought a couple of 32tpi blades and a wooden mitre box. Think when I cut it I'll use some masking tape and some sort of clamping arrangement to stop it sliding around. Just for reference for anyone else I can tell you that neither Wickes or B&Q/Depot don't sell these blades (only 18 or 24tpi) but Screwfix Trade Counter in Watford had them in stock.
