Hi, im tring to cut a intrecate design out of floor tiles, using a tile jigsaw bit, but after 15 mins of cutting its hardly made a scratch on the tile. is the a tool that will cut through floor tiles. i dont really want to go down the waterjet cutting option for cost reasons. thanks.

It sounds as though you are trying to cut porcelain, a tough, hard strong tile.

Do it properly and get the result you really want and send your tiles to revolution tiling of london. I've seen granite butterflies that were mm perfect!

im staring to think i might have to. so is there no product on the market that will cut porcelain? i have looked at the bosh ctr30 tile router. would this work on procelain do you think?

All depends on how much cutting is involved. You may end up paying more for the cutting bits.

not meaning to sound silly, but i'm trying to set up a business and don't want to give the idea away.
lets just say i will be using the tool a lot and they will be very intrecate cuts. idealy like using a jigsaw which i have used on ceramics but they dont make a scratch on porcelain.
Thanks
