one way of skinning this cat is to make a board. This should be the the size of the tile you are using diagonally plus the spacer. then use that measurement and cut a square.

Just using it on 170m2 floor, identical to Dural CI but blue instead of yellow don't know if its cheaper. Customer supplied it

when you say with a spacer do you mean if a 3mm spacer then add three mm to perimeter of tile or all around the width of the spacer lying as it is in the picture? sorry i :lol:might be being thick!

Really good thread this Deano. I use a similar method for allowing expansion on underfloor heated floors, and this can be used for square tiling too. It makes all the cuts around the perimiter look lovely and neat!.
