Cutting tool recommendation

I need advice on a cutting tool to use for tiling a whole house, mid price (under £100). I will be tiling floors and walls, cutting tiles straight through, at angles and cutaway portions but will avoid round cuts at all costs.

These are the tiles I will use:

Floors:
-Granite tiles 30x30 cm 22mm thick
-Ceramic tiles 30x30 cm 6-7mm

Walls:
-Large format ceramic tiles 30x60 cm up to 8mm thick
-Ceramic 30x30 cm 5-6 mm

Also, if I could use it to cut a marble kitchen top (about 25mm thick) it would be useful but it may be pushing it too far

Unless you opt for a grinder with a good quality blade...then you will not get anything under £100 to cope with those thicknesses.......even a grinder will struggle with 25mm.......

£100 is pushing it... If you're looking for one tool to do all that, then it'll have to be an angle grinder with a general purpose diamond blade, but those tend to give rough cuts.

If you're doing this DIY, which I'm assuming you are, then the best option would be to rent tools. A large format manual tile cutter will handle all the ceramics. The granite will require a wet saw, or at the very least an angle grinder.

The marble countertop... Seriously, are you sure you want to handle that yourself? One slip, and it's ruined; one wrong measurement, and it's ruined. Wouldn't it be better to hire someone who fits those for a living to do it? Losing a few tiles here and there isn't that big of a deal, but a marble countertop slab is a tad more expensive. Having to cough up one day's pay for a skilled craftsman is probably less than what you'd have to pay to replace a ruined slab of marble.

Your best option IMO would be to rent a cutter. I also would like to ask you if you have checked the 30 x 30 ceramic Tiles 6/7mm are suitable for floors? They seem a bit thin to me!!!

That's a wet saw. I'm not familiar with that particular one, but that particular type is commonly used for cutting ceramics. Cheap ones tend to have trouble with porcelain and stone, and are prone to breaking. They're also quite slow.

And yes, there shoudln't be any difficulty in finding someone to fit the marble slab for you. I'm not sure what category of craftsmen deal with those primarily in the UK though. I'd imagine kitchen fitters deal with those normally.
