Damaged plasterboard

I have taken a couple of tiles of wall and damaged plasterboard behind paper has come off board can i seal this and re tile on it or would you advise agaist this?

No , replace it.

Sealing it with a plaster sealer Or bal apd would not work then? Would the adhesive not take to it ?

for the price of the plaster board.....replace it. it will look alot better in the end when you do it properly

How much paper has come off? What do you plan on doing with the wall? Retile?
