damp conservatory floor and would like to use acrylic self adhesive tiles

Hi I have a damp conservatory floor and would like to use acrylic self adhesive tiles.my question is what is the best preparation for this is there a liquid I can seal the floor with that the tiles will stick to or do I have to use a membrane if so what is the best for this .thank you

This is for solid wall and floor tiles. Usually porcelain or stone these days.
