Damp meter

I want to get a decent damp tester can anyone recommend a good one?
I've only got a crappy one from fleebay and not sure how accurate it is :-/

Damp meter,Protimeter or Hygrometer ? What is it you wish to test ?

I can't even pronounce those ones!
It's mainly for new screeds

or buy a ready made one from £60 - £110 ish
