after having probs with my dewalt cutter going out of square and cutting about 2 m off over the period of the day ,i replyed to a mail on here telling all about my prob,i would now like to say a big thanks to dave who mailed me roy from dewalt e mail add ,well just a couple of e mails and a phone call to roy telling him when and where i bought the cutter from , good old tradetiler again ,and hey got a brand new cutter posted to me today .
so a big thank you to tradetiler to roy from dewalt and to dave from on here thank you all
and thats a top service from dewalt

I love mine too. This week I was trimming floor tiles 660mm lg and was getting 7mm wide offcuts in one piece.....great machine.

having similar problems with mine going out of square plus it never cut straight at 45 degrees since it came out of the box. although i look after it very well, cleaning it down and spraying after every job, the wheels on the table are rusting right out of it. pity because i love the saw

Now I'm using mine all the time I wonder how I managed without it. It has got to go back under warrenty for those pump and motor problems but the dealer wants it for possibly 2 weeks!! and at the moment I can't be without it for that long. Ive noticed also that the blade is starting to slice into the aluminium slot at the end of the table where the plastic blade cleaner is..but I can't see any way of moving the blade more central in this slot (it was not doing this before)...does anyone know how to do this? or if it can be adjusted.

The blade is to low.. you need to adjust the plunge depth..


Please do read the instructions as it tells you how to do this.

No the blade is not too low its digging into the aluminium at the side of the run out slot not the bottom (the slot the blade passes through after it has cut the tile)

Sounds like it not running right on the slide rail.. I'm sure your service dealer will correct this.. did you advise them of this as well..?

Then either the bladeis not on correct or the sliding tray is out of line. Mine has lots of clearance.
