Hi Dave
Yes Ive got to take it to a 5 star dealer in Brum, its just frustrating that they want it for so long! As the previous contributors said Roy (Dewalt) is fantastic and has even offered to get it sorted outside its 12 mth warrenty period as I've discussed the faults with him already. I was working on a site recently and its amazing how many other tradesmen wanted to see the saw working and were amazed at what it would cut!

Hi Sir Ramic, Hope you are well? Thought I might have seen you with the 365 Diamond girl at the tool fair!!
Yeah it was always not central in the slot (the one where it cuts a grove in the plastic when first used) but the instructions said that it might not be in the middle and it wasn't a problem, but it always cleared. Now i'm using it its scrapping the side more and more not doing the blade or the machine any good I should imagine!
