Im looking for some new diamond pads that I can polish up the envelope cuts to a smooth finish on porcs.

50,100,200 & 400 grits are electroplated.
800, 1500 & 3000 are resin bonded.
For the use you require you'll need nothing above 400 grit, 800 upwards is for polishing visible edges.

Ok ATS i have a swimming pool pace light next week i have a flex 125 wet polisher what pads would you recommend and how -much can you do them for please ......dave

You should go in there, they stock Webber at pretty good prices(also do some Bal grouts) They open at half six too which is so bloody handy sometimes. I'm in there all the time mate.
Didn't realise we had our own stockists of Diamond pads on here..... Sorry ATS, didn't mean to send Cam elsewhere.

That's a plaster type surface isn't it? I'm not entirely sure it's designed to be polished.
I thought it was just troweled on?

You polish 150m2 with a 5" Flex machine by hand? You must be there days just polishing.
What do you normally use and what degree of finish are you looking for?

One -day and we also use the bigger hand held machine Diamond pads now used to use dry carbarundum

What grits you currently use.
Wet or dry Diamond polishing.
Size of pad, rotation speeds of machines.
