Discuss Difference in price between 100x200 brickbond and 300x200 normal in the British & UK Tiling Forum area at TilersForums.com.
Both options are ceramic. The reason for my query is it takes a lot longer to lay 50 tiles brickbond per square metre than it does to lay, say 12 tiles normally per square metre.
When I started my boss would fix 21 sq mts of 4 inch tiles in a day.
He wouldn't have been able to fix that many at 12 inches and make a suitably rough job.
I don't think that smaller tiles really take more effort IMHO.
