If you had to fill the squares with slc then tile you are then defeating the purpose of the Ditra as it won't decouple, you are creating a join between the slc & adhesive.
Filling the squares & tiling should be done in one hit so the adhesive is locked into the Ditra mat.
If you get a chance go on the Schluter training course, it's only 2 days but worth it.
