Hi,
Im gonna tile a bathroom next week, all the walls are plastered but 2 walls are solid the other dry lining. The customer has been taking the old tiles off,and said the walls seem ok,gonna have a look Thursday, anyway shall I acrylic prime all four walls before tiling?, if so how long does it take to dry?..what I have is Granfix acrylic latex,is this ok too?
Cheers for any help.
Vinnie.

should be ok to roll on the primer using a roller funnily enough, takes about 10 mins to dry.Make sure walls are free of any old adhesive from the tiles and take your level with you to check walls.

well i would have said prime BUT i have just seen a post where it is claimed that Mapei tub adhesive needs NO primer. So if you have access to Mapei check it out?
