there is company that had a great name and business years ago!!, and i was wondering if i could re-kindle there name, just looked on company's house web-site and there listed as dissolved do any one know!!!

Eeeeerm. Not sure how it works to be honest but accountants tend to buy dissolved companies when you want one, then they change the name of it to your own. Perhaps you can just buy it then?

If they went pop for bad debt's then the last thing you want to do is rekindle that debt name as your own..
