How big's the floor Steve? I'm assuming it's an additional bathroom because of the saniflow so shouldn't be too big in which case a 6mm cement board such as hardi or No More Ply should do the job. If you're fixing it onto timber make sure you use the right kind of adhesive as well as screwing.
Cement boards offer less flex than plywood and don't disintegrate with moisture so are a much better option, but if you wanted to stick to plywood then you should think about 15mm to be safe, screw fixed at 30cm centres.
