dominant eye/sigma

okay so the scenario, I'm used to Rubi cutters where a dominant eye is not needed, centre up, scribe and snap. What's the craic with sigma say if you have a dominant eye? (believe me I know this happens, when I'm shooting I have to close my right eye, even though I'm right handed), how do you line up the marks?

I found lining up with sigma was as easy as the rubi.... it was the pressure on the scribe handle was hard to get used to with the sigma

try lining up with the b&q 600 cutter. tip for anybdy using it....3 ml left of the cut lol.

pray tell, how did you do it then, been a rubi user for 30 years and, "it was easy" kinda seems a pee poor answer...

It is easier just to do it than think about it.

I was worried with this issue at first, But I have found the pull scribe sig easier to line up to the cutting wheel not the breaker line, my right eyes the same it takes over so this works for me.
Or just using tape measure and the guide bar that's faster if the cuts even each end

Doug, it does take a bit of getting used to.
I did struggle to start but banged through a lot of marked off cuts & started getting it perfect every time.

funnily enough I had one not so long ago, shame I walked into newsagents instead! lol! (still got near perfect eyesight apparently )

I too have a dominant eye (my left which is odd as im right hnded) but I don't use a rubi so I have no clue how to help..... I do shoot occasionally though and find if I don't lose my eye I tend to miss the clays
