Hitachi. For general purpose a 14.4V should be okay. That's what I use the most. Good size for extended use. !8V tend to be a bit heavier, 12V and below not powerful enough. You're best to get a kit with a spare battery.
18V normally gives you the option of 'hammer action' if you are doing a lot of masonry drilling.
A mixer, as said above is best for mixing. You'll just knacker your drill if you use it for mixing.

If youre doing large areas,get a proper mixer. A cordless drill for small amounts of mixing. Screwfix always have one type or another on offer,make sure you get one with min. of 2 batterys.
