doing a bathroom refurb and as usual I got the, oh, while you are here could you look at this, call. She took me to a shower room which was purpose built about 5 yrs ago. Still looked pretty good but the tap on the basin had never worked. The bathroom company had been out twice to it and lost interest. i told her I would investigate when I had time. While she was out I unscrewed the filter on the tap 'spout', which full of sludge, and cleaned under the tap which now worked. probably took me a minute. If only every thing was like that.
