I have been reading through some other posts on here and just want to know. Do I need to use 2 part Flexi or is single part ok. Should it be rapidset or not?

The tiles are 2x2 inch porcelain and are quite thick. I have put down 12mm ply and screw it down at 200mm centres.

Also there are black and white tiles. The black ones are about 2mm thicker than the white so is it ok just to bed them in further than the white ones to get everything level?

Really need advice here.
