Emulsifying pads

Does anyone use these or is there another way of getting small amounts of adhesive off face of tiles?

I use them as a final clean before grouting. Be careful though as you don't want to use the rough ones as they will scratch the surface of the tile. The best thing is to work clean and you won't have to use them at all

The white ones are fine to use, except on some soft marble.
As above,I find them very usefull for polishing and finishing, works especially well with Mapei ultracolour grouts, as i find it doesn't leave a residue, the pads clean the tiles up a treat.

most polished marble, granit, slate i clean with wire wool.

you should not need to use any abrasive on marble, especially by hand .

why not jonnyc? does not efect polished marble or granit. I dont use it every time, but it helps. don't use it on other soft stone or honed stone. fine wire wool doesnot scratch or damage.

I use the white emulsifing pads to clean down, when I need to. Trade Tiler sell them for a very good price.
