oh buddha you so gonna regret this tomorrow
But to be fair he does have a point what a few rotten days WE have had :incazzato:
But in my defence it started like this.
I looked at the job for another tiler as it was close to me and i was going to do it on his behalf, done a survey specked the materials needed and the owner was supplying there own tiles, sent the specs to the home owner and the other tiler!

This is where it all went wroung:thumbsdown: The other tiler arranged all the gear and prices etc and books me in to do the job! just before the job starts i was informed the customer is going to pay me direct, not a problem thinks I.

Turns up first day to start the wet room no marmox, Hardi instead, spent the day installing this in between the electrician and plumber needing to finish there work and the plumber flooding out the floor we had just prepped :yikes:
Customer rings me in the eveninig complaining about the length of time it has taken to fitt the hardi backer, says his builder can fitt it twice as quick:thumbsdown:, ok let them do it, the next day they aint no quicker:drool5:
so me and buddah set of tiling main bathroom floor and there aint enough tiles 3 boxes short:incazzato:the customer has under ordered. we cant get in the other rooms as there not ready. packed up went home early. Now the owner has changed the tiles from the original specs and i aint fitting them for the original price! He also has umpteen led lights and niches all over the place, so now we are at noggerheads as he says the other tiler quoted the price and thats all he is paying Ok says I get him to come down and do it. packing up tools walking off site he decides to re- negotiate. we meet halfway, ok we are now tiling again 1000mmx333mm tiles on wavey walls argh:yikes: 15 m2 up 20m2 back off and so on! I have had builders take bits off walls down and sort it out etc...

So I am not wanting to be there right now and i have had a few stinking rotten days and i just hope its gonna get better as the last few days I aint earnt a thing...!!!

And Buddah your tea is awful :whistling:

Ha ha! you forgot to mention fittting the tile trim round the wrong way round lol!!!! dodgey measures, breakages and chipped tiles (I must add not by me)..
Gotta get better mate:lol:... Well I hope or I'm down the road:thumbsdown:

Nothing wrong with my tea, are you sure you picked up the right cup? you know what your eyesight is like:smart:

Shhhhhhhh SACKED

Sounds a good day really peckers, comparing it to the day iv just had. I had a floating floor to rip out in a 1st floor apartment, cracked a hot water pipe pulling a bit of board out, the shut off valve was in the loft, and it was a pump fed system. Thought i'd done quite well as the person who lives below, said he only had a slightly damp carpet in is ensuite, and that was about 4hrs after i sorted the pipe out. Just had a phone call saying the ceiling looks about ready to drop. Thats made me feel sick as a pig, :mad2::mad2::mad2:
