exceeding voltage drop Discussion Threadexceeding voltage drop Electrical Advice

hey guys
we have done an EICR on a 2 bedroom bungalow, the supply is a 25mm 4 core 3 phase SWA to the property, it is supplied from 80amp fuse.
although it is speculative as the cable is underground we reckon the distance is around 600m :fearscream:.
it has being installed around 10 years and no evidence of thermal damage or any concerns of equipment not functioning correctly as per tenants.
the Zdb is 1.89 so disconnection time is not achieved either. the volt drop is around 72volts based on potential load of 80amps.
there are no 3 phase circuits in the installation but it is fully electric so it does have 6 panel heater and an electric hob/oven.
what code would you give based on the voltage drop allowance not being achieved.
