Hello LM Ceramics. Your intention and Sir Ramic´s reaction is nearly the same what is going on on the german market. Only less companies have 10 or more employees, and if so, they mostly work on very big objects like e.g. airports.
The typical tiling company here has 4-6 employees. With 4 only the company owner works active too ~ 50%, rest of the time is for quoting, driving stuff to the sites and other activities. Important is, that you rely on one of your workers and make him confident on what YOU do to let him replace you if you are ill or on holidays. Good luck for your big business, Martin:8:
