Expansion gaps

I've got a 60m2 conservatory to do at he end of the month(when the concrete with wet ufh is dry)but
the builder has already gone and put the skirting boards on! What options are available.Would the skirtings be able to be cut with one of those cutters that cut the bottom of doors off without removing the door?

Can they not come off again? That's some size conservatory, what are the dimensions of it, will it need an expansion joint in the tiling?

Not even worth asking for them to be taken off
Hoping for just a perimeter gap as it is multi sized large format tiles.
Size? L shaped ,As you look at it,4m on the left hand side ,10m to the front and 7m to the right hand side,with a couple of returns on the backside

I would be wanting to put extra expansion joints in not just around the edges. schutler do an expansion joint that is designed to go up agains skirting adjoining walls etc. cant remember the product code but there technical are very helpful.

Never an easy one to call without seeing the job, but bay sizes of no more 25m2 with uhf or no more than 5 to 8m in any direction. Perimeter joint a must imo, never easy with opus pattern. But I like to err on the side of caution.
