it will be down to the sub base the tiles have been fixed to.ive been doing some maintenance work for a housebuilder and some of the floors i have been to have the same issues plus cracking along the joints of the ply.had to strip the tiles and add more screws(they were 6'' apart but ive made them 4'' apart now so no movement)then retile with flexible adhesive and grout with a flexible grout. dont think adding an additive would help as thats what flexi grout is anyway(i think:smilewinkgrin:)

You can add an additive to standard (non flexy) grout and usually it will be more flexible than a "flexy" grout...If you see what I mean...!!!!
