Love it all....trouble is got to see cardiologist in New year and might not have much choice but to give it up - well some of it anyway. Favorite is probably a good indian or possibly Chinese. Never eaten in Subway

i seem to live on it when I'm working away from home,!! i love home cooked food more because of this

Don't have it very often, lie the fish and chips and pizzas most, but wouldn't bother me at all to give it up, I knock up a pretty fast meal anyhow, sort of on the spot inventions :lol: anyone for a quick snack of a hot black olives, basil, oregano, cheese on baguette toast with a salad with feta cheese in olive oil dressing? takes 5 minutes...watch me..:smilewinkgrin: The trick is to have stand by's in the house...

I'm always away from home, I do get the occasional take away but for often than not live on ready meals, whole cooked chickens or a piece of steak with veg. Having said that, I obviouslyy haven't been eating right, seems I've lost about a stone and a half, Liz ain't happy :incazzato: :incazzato: :smilewinkgrin:

Never go in Mcdonalds ever! kfc ? no thanks, delivered pizza? always cold and expensive,
Indian food? only ever order from one in Nantwich, 3rd best in the uk. Chinese ? full of MSG so steer clear. Italian food ? has to be my choice all the time. Plus I cook loads anyway so I like to do it myself, takes minutes to prepare and its tasty. My youngest is always wanting to cook and I get a lot of pleasure out of showing her. I heard her in the kitchen today, she had a bowl with a full bag of flour, a full bag of sugar and a full block of butter, squidging it all together with her hands, what a mess! what can you say to them? I was in tears of laughter, its the only way that kids learn about good food, let them join in.
