Filing Quartz Floor Tiles

I am about to tile our downstairs toilet floor with my left over 10mm thick quartz en suite tiles. This toilet waste pipe is directed into the floor. to the best of my knowledge you can not get a hole cutter that will cut a 120mm hole which is what I would need. What is the best way of cutting a large hole (or 2 semi circles as will be in 2 tiles). I have a wet tile cutter but obviously this only does straight cuts and most of the standard files and nippers. I did once try to file one of these and seemed to make little headway. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If its 2 cuts then use the wet cutter to do finger cuts to the shape you require then remove with nippers, dress the edge with an angle grinder with diamond wheel.

You can also get diamond bits for a rotary tool. You may beed to do an internet search to find some in your area. Here we get them from the stone fabricator tool suppliers.
