Finishing off a bathroom floor

client phoned me today to have a look at a bathroom floor.

He wants me to do the cuts which he cant do.

As I have never priced for such a small job i was just wondering what you lads would charge ( i know most of you would not take it on!)

there are 6 cuts to do 4 straightforward around the skirting one around the ped and one around the waste pipe for the toilet

I will be tiling underneath the toilet and fixing the toilet to the tiles/floor ( so 2 holes need to be drilled in the tile)

Then he said can he give me a price to do his kitchen floor and downstairs bog floor, me to supply the adhy. kitchen floor 5m2, bog 2m2. the bog has a sink to cut round and the toilet will need to be pulled ot so i can tile underneath.

any suggestions on a price? would be much apreciated.:whatchutalkingabout

Are you only doing the cuts or the whole bathroom floor? If just the cuts and drilling the holes then £80 ish for me. Depends if you can fit anything else in that day. (and sorry i just re-read that you`re only finishing it off!)
