first paid job coming my way...

well buying a new cutter isnt much to ask for really, as far as i know the show appartment was tiled for a pretty high price, fair enough the quality was there but in particular.. they werent too pleased with having to pay £30pm for the tiles, so a quick call round to a local kitchen and bathroom place and ill be meeting him for a chat, he reckons he can sort out a good deal on adhesives and tiles so hopefully all will be well:yes:, even if i jsut get this one job its a start, but as they aren't in any real rush to get them done anytime soon cos of all that crap thats going off in the building industry, i can take my time and do a proper decnet job, resulting in my doing all 24 apartments and the chance to do alot more work for them  i may jsut be able to afford a holiday in the next decade or so !

Every site I've been on I've been able to use 240,each site is different, just ask mate,I just completed 14 kitchen flats and the only thing I will say is when you realise your coming to the end of the job make sure you have more work lined up.I left it till the last minute to find more work to get in but luckily the calls have been flooding in all of a sudden.
Good luck

nice 1, im going to pop down this morning and take a look around and find out more, neighbours sorting out a bunch of business cards and a load of leaflets, im in talks with the local paper to put in an article = free advertising for me

cheers

ah well turns out alot less needs tiling than i hoped, just the bathroom and wetroom/ensuite, 26m2 tho so a good start i guess, all the apartments are solid cement floor too, so less messing about.

if the chap from this local place cant sort out adhesives and tiles then ill be putting my business to topps as i have created a trade account with them
