fitting a heated towel rail with a minimum of disruption

I want to swap out a standard tile rail for a heated one and wondered if anyone has any tips for doing this without taking off all of the tiles on my wall?

is there a keyhole surgery type of way of doing it?

the wall starts at the end of my b ath so by taking the side panel off i can get into the wall cavity
