Fitting Trim Correctly

i thought the opposite.. if the joint is 6mm or less then lippage can be no more than 1mm, but then I could be wrong

BS5385 part 1 section 4.1.8.2

There should be no appreciable differential in level across joints and the maximum deviation between surfaces across joints, including movement joints, should be as follows

1. Joints less than 6mm wide - 1mm deviation
2. Joints 6mm and over - 2mm deviation



maybe we are both right?????

My mistake it states..... Their should be no appreciable difference in level across joints and the maximum deviation between tile surfaces either side of a joint including movement joints should be as follows .....joints less than 6mm wide 1mm..... joints 6mm wide or more 2mm.
