I should also ask what would be the best adhesive for the same timber floor. I am wondering about BAL Max Flex Fibre or BAL Standard with AD1. Any others?

bal single part fast flex, is what I use on wooden floors, but as already said the floor should be prep correctly first...

Granfix is rubbish IMHO away I think they have been going that way for a while I've had a few problems with them myself
