I just purchased a small Lavor Scrubber Dryer for use on a 45 s qmetre floor at home because I got fed up of lugging my Very heavy Karcher scubber dryer in from the garage. I was dubious that a sub £400 machine would be upto much but I have to say I am very impressed and will be reccomending them to all my clients with big floors as a simple soloution to keeping them looking as goood as new. Most cleaning regimes with a mop and a bucket involve moving the dirt around in soloution then letting it dry on the grout lines which inevitably get darker and darker over the months. Using this scrubber drier it puts down a cleaning soloution, agitates it with a brush then sucks it up leaving the floor virtually dry.
It isnt a substitute for a vaccumn cleaner as it wont pick up any detritus on the floor but once you have used one you will never pick up a mop again
If anyone wants one I can get them for you.
More details of the machine along with reviews here Lavor, Lavorpro, Lavorwash Pressure Washers, Scrubber Driers, Steam Generators
