Floor paint

I'm going to quote for a 90 sqm. floor, that has still got a some old industrial paint on it, is it enough to just clean and prime ?
Any suggestions will be great.

Just spoken to BAL tech, looks like I'm going to have to get the paint off, thanks Sir Ramic, whats the best way of doing this ? is there a machine I can hire ?

i wouldnt fancy trying to get paint of a 90mtr floor ask the technical dept at which ever adhesive you use to see what they recomend first there could be a reaction with the paint,should be aphone number on the adhesive bag

I would try an area with a grinder with either diamond cup wheel or coarse grit sanding disks. if it worked then hire a bigger machine.

just spoke to a mate of mine who paints industrial floors,he says he gets someone in to blast it(think he said fastblast,bad signal)its the best way,costly,but the best
