Floor prep

ok guys this is my first post

next job is a 20m2 floor. porcelain tiles, 8m2 of cable ufh in one specific area/end of the room. the sub floor is 22 mm t & g board screwed to joists @ 450 ctrs

i know how i am going to prep the floor for tiling,set the ufh and my choice of addy but would be interested to hear how you guys would do so.

hi spanishtiler i just did a simaler floor and used wedi board stuck and screwed at 200 centres then ufh tiles etc all with flexable adhesive

what thickness wedi board matey ?

I would probably use insulation boards screwed down through into the 22mm T&G then UFH, maybe SLC to cover the cables then something like BAL rapidset flexi with wide joint grout

as thick as u can get away with when i did the job there was a height issue so i could only use 6mm
