SLC for ply mate has to be acrylic based I would think, Either BAL Acrybase or Ardex Arditex. If the floor is solid and esentially flat and only needs a mil or 2 to give billiard table, have a look at Ardex Feather Finish. It is designed to go on no more than 3mm thick and will fill even minute imperfections in ply.
