Hi

More of a building question than a tiling one but hopefully someone can advise :

Pricing a new conservatory floor where customer wants sub floor brought up to levels of new doors etc.
I originally spec'd 75mm sand & cement screed over DPM sheet but customer is now saying that i may not have that depth to play with.
2 questions :
1) Am i right in thinking that unbonded sand & cement screed needs min 75mm thickness ?
2) If I cant get 75mm can I specify concrete at a lesser depth - say 50mm ?

The original sub floor is concrete, which used to be old lean to / WC.

Thanks for any advice.

Paul
