"Freestanding" shower bath

Hi all, brand new here so be gentle!!

We've just bought a new place that needs a full refurb - needs heating installing and rewire etc. In the meantime i'm planning the bathroom to distract myself from the horrors that lay ahead. The plan is to have a free standing shower bath (flat to the wall on tap and side edge) but how do i tile it in when it's freestanding!?

Be best to tile the walls first then fit the bath after, just make sure the walls are square so no massive Silicon joint anywhere 👍
