Gap between ceiling and tiles

Hello, we’ve just had a bathroom tiled. A 1.5cm gap is at the top, between the tiles and ceiling, which has been grouted. I wondered if this was normal? I think it looks slightly odd and worry that such thick grout will crack and look bad over time. I wondered if there was any way of fixing it? Many thanks!

Hi there. We are in the same situation with the gap between the ceiling and tiles. Were you able to rectify or hold your builder accountable? Any advice would be so helpful please?
