How about a border / mosaic under the last tile or futher down the wall that will take the top tile right up and youll have almost a full tile around the top, coving is another option.

if you dont want cuts you could always cut into the ceiling around the edge - but personally Id do the cuts

on the L cuts, score with dry cutter both ways, cut the smaller cut on the wet cutter and then snap the longer cut, this will or rather should be quicker and easier than wet cutting both sides..i.m.o that is..
