Hi all

Are u lot really fussy when overboarding about your expansion gap? i'm working in an old property at the moment and the walls are completely out...instead of cutting to the shape of the wall i just measured from the wall and minused 5 mm...this has left me with 20mm at one end (gap between ply and wall) where the wall runs out...i figured it would be quicker and wouldn't cause a probs if i just filled this gap with a Silicon? or something before tiling?
