Garage Floor Tiling

Good Evening

Will be soon looking at a 45m2 double garage floor that needs tiling in 600x600 porcelain.

The concrete was laid 2 years ago and there will be 2 4x4s parking up on it.

Obviously a solid bed is paramount.

Any other pointers though.

Does anybody ever tile these with ditra as in winter I would think the concrete base would get very cold nearer to the front than the back?

How do you finish the last tile off where the vechicle drives onto it?

Also do you stop the tile millimetres from inside the garage door when it is down?

Is there a need for a expansion joint?

Any thing else much appreciated.

I would use sand and cement mortar bedding , no need for expansion joint in my opinion just a perimeter joint, I would use a ramp trim like schluter reno u completely back filled with adhesive yes keep inside the garage
