General Grout Advice + Glitter Grout

hi All,

I hope you are well.

We are looking for some advice re tile grout from you knowledgeable people.

We are getting a new kitchen fitted along with new wall and floor tiles. I want the best grout possible at a reasonable cost. Basically we have a large family / heavily used kitchen. I want the grout to remain clean and not get greasy / discoloured easily. From what I have read epoxy grout is much more superior to cement based grout...is that the case?

We are looking at getting grey coloured floor tiles and getting glitter grout. Whats the best / most long lasting glitter grout?
Does glitter grout retain the glitter for a long time?

Any advice would be greatly welcome

Seriously though, epoxy is harder wearing and resistant to staining so in that respect it is ideal for your needs.
Glitter grout though is best seen for yourself down on a floor. A personal thing really, but I have found mapei mapeglitter excellent. The glitter is within the epoxy so lasts as long as the grout

Hi used the Kerakoll glitter grout lots of times so easy to use and wash off
