If i get rid of the customers rubbish at the end of a job i always take it to my local tip, For FREE.

But i use my car, im going to buy a van soon but i dont think am going to be able to use the same tip, i dont really want to pay for it, if they want me to pay ill just bang it in the car then dump it in the normal one for free

How much does it cost to dump

If it did cost me to dump and customer wanted me to get rid i would feel bad asking for more money

Tysfoot mate, you need to do a search on the forums for this. Much has been written about it recently. Basically you need a licence to dump commercial waste. Any cost you incur should be passed onto the customer.

no one replied to me on the previous thread so i created a new thread.
I see where you are coming from. Cost for disposal will vary from council to council. You will need to contact yours for info.

like i said there is nothing stopping me puttin it in my car and dumping it in the domestic part for free is there.

Only the law Tysfoot mate. Once your local tip cotton on to the fact you are dumping commercial waste they will stop you doing it. You can only tile so many jobs in your own house after all.

I haven't paid anything yet. I am not registered with my council. Where possible I put it in my customers bins and let the council take it away as normal domestic waste.

very rarely do i take customers rubbish. probably only ever done it 4 or 5 times and thats only coz they r lil old ladys or not capable of disposing it themselves. On those occasions i have just used my car and dumped at the tip. Most clients i deal with dont expect you to remove the rubbish
