Getting Slate clean after grout.

Hi Folks.
Just tiled small room in 300sq brazillian slate. Kept tiles as clean as poss during installation and and cleaned thoroughly prior to sealing before grouting. After grouting cleaned several times with wash boy & plenty of clean water. Next day there still seems to be a few tiles that have some staining (looks like dust remnants but won't come off with dry cloth). Obviously, want to get them absolutley clean before final sealing, but not sure whether to use scotchbrite pad or chemical cleaner.

I'll take some tomorrow, Dave. Customer seems happy, but I'm not as they're not right in my eyes. These are in the utility room but soon be doing about 30sq m inside so want them perfect.

ltp grout and haze remover should do the job Smudger and it's safe to use on slate ( altho' always prudent to test on a small area first)

agree with Doug LTP's grout stain remover works wonders on slate!

Slate needs a lot of cleaning, and on this floor i used LTP's Grimex before sealing..
